Version dated 2 November 2026

1. Organiser and scope

Services are organised by Passionnément’vin, Angélique Werner, sole proprietor, Route de Signy 2, 1274 Grens, Switzerland. VAT No. CHE-484.258.138. Email: angel@passionnement-vin.com. WhatsApp: +41 79 132 54 73. Passionnément’vin organises wine experiences, including sensory workshops, the Rallye des 5 Sens, walks, the Wine Escape Game, private and corporate events, and gift vouchers. These terms apply to services booked directly with Passionnément’vin. The customer is the individual or legal entity named in the offer. When booking for a group, the customer passes on the practical information and instructions to participants.

2. Offer and acceptance

All requests are subject to the availability of dates, venues and service providers. An enquiry, an exchange of messages or an unaccepted quotation does not constitute a booking. Unless otherwise stated, an offer is valid for seven days from the date it is sent. It specifies the service, date, venue, times, group size, inclusions, optional extras, price and payment deadlines.
The customer accepts the offer and these terms in writing by signing the quotation, sending an email or an explicit WhatsApp message, or ticking the relevant box when purchasing online. A slot is held provisionally only if the duration of the hold is confirmed in writing.

3. Partner services

Some services are provided by partners such as wineries, transport operators, chocolatiers, cheesemakers, photographers or accommodation providers. The offer identifies who provides and who invoices each service. Any specific partner terms on payment, cancellation, times or access are communicated before the customer accepts the offer. They take precedence over these terms only for the service concerned. Partner terms may be added after confirmation only with the customer’s agreement.

4. Prices

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). VAT is included and itemised on the invoice.
Optional extras, including transport, food pairings, photography, travel and hire, are included only if specified in the accepted offer. A confirmed price cannot be changed unilaterally.

5. Deposit and payment

For workshops, rallies and events, the booking is confirmed once the offer has been acceptedand a deposit of 30% of the total price has been received. The deposit is deducted from the total price. The balance is payable no later than seven days before the event. For bookings made less than seven days in advance, the full price is payable before confirmation. Payment deadlines are stated on the invoice. Payment is by bank transfer or TWINT. The customer bears bank and currency conversion
charges on payments from abroad. Payment is effective once the funds are received. Wri ttenconfirmation follows. If payment is late, Passionnément’vin sets a final deadline in writing. If it is missed, the service may be cancelled and Article 10 applies as for a cancellation by the customer. All activitie srequire payment in full before they begin.

6. Rallye des 5 Sens

The Rallye des 5 Sens is an outdoor sensory trail. Unless the offer states otherwise, the flat rate is CHF 2,000 for up to 20 people, then CHF 95 per additional person.

Group size: 20 to 80 participants, split into teams. The flat rate for 20 still appliesto smaller groups. Groups of more than 80 are accepted on request only.
Season: March to October only.

Locations: Lavaux (Chexbres–St-Saphorin, about 1.7–2 km and 100 m of elevation change) or La Côte (Monnaz–Vufflens-le-Château, about 1.8–2 km and 70 m of elevation change).

Duration: about 2 hours 30 minutes, depending on the route and the teams’pace.

Included:  a welcome drink, sensory exploration equipment, a route map, a tasting of six wines and professional guidance.

Optional extras: transport, a food pairing with a chocolatier or cheesemaker, and a photographer, on quotation under Article 3.
Alcohol-free options: quality alcohol-free drinks for all or part of the group, to be requested no later than the final headcount deadline in Article 8.

The trail is completed on foot along vineyard paths, some of which are steep. Toilets are available at the finish only. Participants with reduced mobility or other specific needs should tell us when booking so we can check what adjustments are possible.

7. Wine Escape Game

The Wine Escape Game is payable in full in advance, against an invoice. The slot is confirmed in writing once payment has been received. A session accommodates six people, with a maximum of seven. For up to 14 participants, two teams of no more than seven can take turns under a separate offer. For larger groups, another activity is proposed. The game takes place  in a small vineyard hut, where space is more limite with seven people. Opening days, times and seasons are stated on the website and in the offer. Customers using a gift voucher provide a copy showing its number before confirmation. A service covered by the voucher is not charged again. Additional options must be paid for before the session.

8. Final numbers and changes

For workshops and the Rallye des 5 Sens, the final headcount, the number of participants requesting alcohol-free drinks, allergies and accessibility needs must be communicated no later than 15 days before the event. This headcount is used for the final invoice. A lower headcount or no-shows after that deadline do not qualify for a reduction. Additional participants may be accepted subject to availability and payment of the difference.
Changes to the date, venue, times or programme require written agreement, including agreement on any additional cost. If no agreement is reached, the original booking remains in effect.

9. On the day

The customer provides a contact who can be reached on the day. Participants arrive on time, wearing shoes suitable for walking through vineyards and clothing appropriate to the weather. Allergies and dietary restrictions are accommodated where providers can do so, as confirmed in writing. A complete absence of traces of allergens cannot be guaranteed.

10. Cancellation by the customer

Cancellations must be made in writing by email or WhatsApp. The notice period is measured in calendar days between receipt of the cancellation and the event date. Fees cover reservations of venues, service providers and wines, as well as slots declined to other customers. Amounts already paid are credited against the fees. Any excess is refunded within 30 days.
Partner costs already covered by the scale below are charged only once.

Notice before the event & Fee (% of confirmed total)

-61 days or more before the event:15 %
-60 to 31 days: 30 % (soit l'acompte)
-30 to 15 days: 50 %
-14 to 8 days: 75 %
-7 days or fewer, or no-show on the day: 100 %

One request to reschedule received at least 31 days before the event is accepted free of charge, subject to an available date within 12 months. After that deadline, rescheduling requires Passionnément’vin’s agreement.
This scale is subject to mandatory Swiss law, including Article 404 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

11. Weather and cancellation by the organiser

Changeable weather does not cancel the Rallye des 5 Sens. The route or programme may be adapted. In the event of thunderstorms, extreme heat or dangerous conditions, Passionnément’vin makes a decision by 6 pm the day before and informs the customer, except where conditions change suddenly on the day.

If Passionnément’vin cancels, it proposes the following in order:

1) An adapted route or programme, subject to the customer’s agreement.
2) Rescheduling free of charge to an agreed date.
3) A full refund for services not provided if the customer declines the preceding options.

The customer is not charged cancellation fees under Article 10. A credit or a new date may not be imposed in place of a refund.

12. Late arrivals and extensions

Late arrivals do not move the scheduled finish time. The programme may be shortened without a reduction in price when the delay is attributable to the customer. An extension requires Passionnément’vin’s agreement and a price quoted and accepted in advance. Unannounced overtime is not charged.

13. Gift vouchers

The voucher states the service, the number of beneficiaries, any included options, the voucher number, the issue date and the expiry date. It is paid against an invoice. An unpaid voucher does not entitle the holder to a service.

Validity. The voucher is valid until 31 October of the year following its issue, covering at least one full season. A voucher issued in June 2026, for example, is valid until 31 October 2027.

Extension. The beneficiary may request an extension in writing at least one month before expiry, attaching a copy of the voucher. For a voucher expiring on 31 October, the deadline is 30 September. The extension is confirmed in writing. Without an extension, the amount paid remains available as credit at the rates in effect when it is used.

Redemption. The beneficiary books in advance and supplies a copy of the voucher. The voucher does not guarantee a specific date. Early booking is recommended, especially late in the season. Redemption is recorded to prevent duplicate use.

Transfer. A voucher may be given or transferred to another person. It cannot be exchanged for cash unless the service is discontinued and no alternative suits the beneficiary. In that case the amount paid is refunded.

Price. A purchased voucher retains the service specified even if the price later rises. Extras outside the voucher are billed separately.

Loss. A lost voucher can be traced using purchase details such as the purchaser’s name, the date and the invoice.

14. Cancellation of a session booked with a voucher

Once a date is booked, the scale in Article 10 applies to that session. Any charges are deducted from the voucher value after a statement is sent to the beneficiary. The balance remains available under Article 13. Cancelling the purchase of a voucher before a date is booked is governed by the terms of that purchase.

15. Participation, age and alcohol

Wine tastings are restricted to people aged 16 or over and spirits to people aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested. Minors attend with a responsible adult and receive alcohol-free drinks. Participants are responsible for moderating their consumption, particularly if they are driving. Passionnément’vin may exclude anyone whose condition or conduct endangers safety or the smooth running of the activity. Their participation fee remains payable. mParticipants follow the organiser’s and venues’ instructions, particularly in private vineyards

16. Liability and insurance

Passionnément’vin carries professional liability insurance. Each participant has their own accident and personal liability insurance. Passionnément’vin is responsible for its obligations under Swiss law. Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence is never excluded. Outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including sloping terrain and weather, which participants accept while following the instructions. Damaged or unreturned equipment is billed at the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, with supporting evidence. Personal belongings remain in their owners’ care.

17. Photographs and content

Passionnément’vin’s concepts, games, scenarios and materials are protected. They may be reproduced or used only with permission. Participants do not disclose the solutions to the games. Personal souvenir photographs are permitted, with due regard for other participants and the venues. If the photographer option is booked, the photos are supplied to the customer. Passionnément’vin uses a photo showing a recognisable participant for promotion, including on its website or social media, only with that participant’s consent obtained on site or in writing. The group leader’s consent does not replace individual consent.

20. Complaints and applicable law

Please report any difficulty as soon as possible, preferably during the activity, and then in writing with the relevant details. The parties first seek an amicable solution. The contract is governed by Swiss law. For consumers, jurisdiction is determined by law. Services booked for a specified date carry no right of withdrawal, subject to mandatory law.

21. Applicable version

The version accepted at the time of booking or voucher purchase governs the contract. New versions apply only to new contracts unless the customer agrees otherwise in writing. If a clause cannot apply, the remaining clauses remain in effect. No clause deprives the customer of mandatory legal protection.
